Piano Lessons
Philosophy
I want my students to love playing the piano. I want to give them tools to learn the songs they are interested in, and help them meet their own performance and music goals. I want to ensure they are trained in quality technique and theory to help them be the best musicians they can be.
Policies
- Students are expected to practice 5 days a week and fulfill assignments agreed upon during lessons to the best of their ability.
- Students need to bring all music and a 3-ringed binder to lessons, and have their fingernails trimmed for proper technique.
- Beginner students may take 20 minute lessons $16.50 per lesson (approximately $66/month)
- More advanced students will be enrolled for 30 minute lessons, teacher discretion ($24.75 per lesson $99/month)
- You will be billed at the end of each month for lessons given (cash, check, credit card, and venmo accepted.)
- From time to time I will recommend purchasing new music for your student; I can procure the books and bill you with your tuition or send you links to get them on your own.
- You will be charged half price for any lessons your student misses (planned or unforeseen) because I block out my time for your students whether or not they come. If I need to cancel a lesson you will not be charged.
